The price and quality ...... It Cruset I think it is a good "look", but practical, too damn hard ...... I had the opportunity to collect some of the SC in an outlet store to get a "second", which is about $ 160 for a 7.5 Dutch Oven ..... But once filled with food, cots, a ....... LOT I bake LC (ceramic) I like how a pro is designed ~ uniform heating, etc. ....... When casting Cruset, enamelled metal, I go, and I am a professional training ......

I have a large enameled cast-iron Dutch oven - I do not. I would be fired enameled cast iron Dutch, but .....
I would not pay so much for others, cooking at home ..
My family and guests will be "no" to that special, nor the difference in the final product ... Food on the table.
If I leave you I would go with a brand and Wagner cast iron Dutch oven to the entire nail.

In guessing the difference between French and Dutch oven is $ 150.00.
